Berry Bangalee Motel does not offer Breakfast or Meals to rooms at this present time. We are working on it to provide full services in the near future. Berry town has many excellent eating places around. Berry Bangalee Motel is within walking distance to these eating places.

Berry Bangalee Motel does not offer room for disability at this point in time. We are working on it to provide full services in the near future.

Minimum booking over long weekend and Chrismas and Easter

Minimum 2 nights required for long weekend and public holidays (Chrismas and Easter)

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy for Group/Wedding/Conference Bookings

Please contact our office 02-44641305 for special rate and special Terms & Conditions.
Generally to secure the booking date : booking fee of $50.00 per room is  required and non refundable.
Within 2 weeks of making this booking 50% of the total agreed price is due by cheque/credit card/EFT.
The balance  is then due no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A full list of names of guests is required  so rooms can be secured and allocated accordingly.

Cancellation Fees

Cancelled bookings - If cancelled within 48hrs of making the initial booking the booking fee payment will be refunded, however no refund will be made available after this time. ($20 charge will apply for all refunds)
Full Price - 48 hours notice or less or NO SHOW
NO Refund for early EXIT,earlier check out than booked will be fully charged at the rate quoted

On Arrival

At check in, guests are required to show photo ID & provide either a credit card surety or cash BOND

During Your Stay

Sorry no PETS allowed in the room. Please call for prior arrangement - Any evidence of a dog in a room will incur a full room fumigation charge plus one night's full rate.

Strictly NO SMOKING,Penalty - additional night charged.

The maximum number of occupants must not exceed the amount specified

No Party policy so that all guests can enjoy the best level of comfort. No noise after mid night. The conduct of guests must not be of nuisance or annoyance to adjoining rooms or neighbouring properties.

Any breakages must be reported to the duty manager.

Payment will be required for any repair or replacement of damaged or lost household effects, fittings or furniture during  the period of occupancy.

No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to guests’ personal property left on the premises.

On Departure

No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to guests’ personal property left on the premises.

The  room  must  be  maintained  and  left  as  found,  clean  and  tidy.  If  warranted,  an  excess  cleaning  fee  will  be  charged.

All doors and windows are to be securely locked upon your departure.

Please return the keys to the same location where you collected or where you have been instructed by Berry Bangalee Motel duty Personnel.

Loss or Damage of Security Room key will be charged at $50 per key.
